What should I do? I always get very dizzy when I wake up and once I fainted.?
When I was sitting at ground level or in general Sometimes when I wake up I feel very dizzy and my eyes all black points, they often have my line of sight. They disappear after about 10 seconds, then everything returns to normal, but its still a little scared. It often happens to me for the last two years, but not deepened. I do not understand, I'm still drinking tons of water to help it go. Once was at the cinema and rose after the film began and these black spots, lost consciousness and I remember waking up to myself on the floor. I banged head against the seat theater and woke up fairly instantly. It was very afraid and I fear it happening again. What should I do? What my problem is?
Try getting up more slowly. If I work Outdoor planting or to somelthing at ground level what happens to me too and have learned to ride slowly. When it started for my son who was 15 and 6'3 and it is. Because I had a seizure neuologist retrieve him and he would well. Cardio doc tested for stress and tilt test and all were fine. I say he has a career head because the blood had to go so high so quickly and it turns out I was right. If it rises too fast the blood reaches the head pretty quickly (the height is not considered).
