How cabinets oak sand?
I am refinishing my oak cabinets, finished with Dark Walnut brown color. I started sanding the wood, using progressive, 120, 180, and then sandpaper grit 220, but how much of the original target, I need sand underneath? Is he just trying to keep the varnish finish (up to a cloud, and does not remove the stain), or do I need to go in the woods naked? If the arrival of sand is a little confusing in terms of color, but it is nice and soft, Dark Brown and hide all inconsistencies? Is a lacquer finish and chemical extractor be much easier to sand? Thank you for your help! I understand that a stained gel could do a better job in my situation. Immobile need to do the same amount of sanding or I can go with less?
If you leave spot behind you, you will be able to see that no matter how you go with your dark place and you go crazy. Down to 100 grains and work in these places, gives the entire firm, again much like a uniform, working his way back to safety (this figure does not as it sounds). Stripper just unpleasant to work with layers of varnish, stain, paint, etc. I found parts is a decent one heck of a lot more easier, cheaper, and somewhat faster than in the sand. Gel Stain is good, but not necessary. You can work with a little more in terms of mix of light and dark areas, but will test it to see if you can combine as you wish. I know that sanding is not funny, but I was much easier to make a good sanding work to try to make a liquid dip in a piece of wood as I want. Good luck!
